Primary Job Role:

1. Checking of daily revenue report.
2. Verification and posting of Opera daily JV's.
3. Checking of comparative quotes and verifying of GL codes and rates o1 LPO's.
4. Checking of all bank transfers & cheques and ensure relevant documents are attached.
5. Checking and approving VM's for supplier invoices.
6. Bank transfer posting in system.
7. Prepare monthly bank ieconci liation for expense account.
8. Head office fund translcr posting from ENBD 3 to ENDD 1.
9. Compute and pass JV for net fund transfer for the month.
10. Update cheques and maintain bank available balance report.
11. Prepare municipality fees reconciliation and generate invoice for monthly payment.
12. Coordinating and attending to municipal audit qucries.
13. Verifying tourism dirham report and generating invoices from DTCM portal for payment.
14. Verification of F&B invoices, tourism and third party room sale entries and posting to GL.
15. Veriification of Dewa payment.
16. Checking and posting of month end JV's and batches.
17. Generate and verify monthly financial report.
18. Prepare segment report, revenue report, occupancy and ARR report as part of financial reports.
19. Maintain control sheet and ensure request for all capex items/fixed assets are in accordance with budget.
20. Preparation of monthly balance sheet.
21. Cater all the needs of internal and external audit.
22. Preparation and consolidation of budget.
23. Prepare presentation for board meetings.
