PURPOSE OF ROLE

Al Futtaim Carillion is one of the leading Main Contractor in UAE with compelling portfolio of work and state of the art Projects which includes significant building and infrastructure projects. The scope of projects spans through retail, residential, hotels, commercial buildings.

We are hiring now for a Business Analyst (Oracle) who has the ability to identify and aid the business to drive through improvements in the way business uses its Oracle System.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIE

What You'll Do

Analyse business processes and assess where the Oracle HR/Payroll (Oracle R12 & Fusion HCM) product suite could best be utilised to enhance the business processes.

Ensure there is a full understanding of the current status of the Company’s Oracle HR/Payroll module releases (including, patch upgrades, module upgrades or new module functionality) to be able to advise on change effects on current business processes and that new product capability is fully utilised

Promote and identify best practice and usage of the Oracle HR/Payroll modules and data stored within these modules.

Provide adhoc one to one training support / knowledge transfer to Oracle HR/Payroll module users to enhance their best use of the Oracle HR/Payroll modules.

Provide support to the existing HR instance end to end

Responsible for Technical Development such as forms, reports, fast formulas etc

Involve in design and change management approval process as and when required.

Ensure there is a full understanding of HR/Payroll best practice in relation to HR/Payroll systems.

Assist in understanding other HR/Payroll system capabilities for acquisitions, disposals, mergers and customer interactions.

Assess current data being used in the Oracle HR/Payroll modules for completeness, accuracy and timeliness in data input and data utilisation.

Manage action plans with data owners in the business to ensure constant reviews and action resolution is taking place around data quality.

What You’ll Need

Our ideal candidate must have 10 years’ experience in a similar role with Comprehensive experience in Oracle HR/Payroll modules and HR/Payroll Systems implementation and configuration. Project Management qualification or qualified by experience will be an added advantage.
