Company Industry Insurance Department/Functional Area Helpdesk / Customer Service / Telecalling Desired Candidate Profile - Bachelor’s Degree - 1-2 years’ experience in Call Centre / Customer Service experience. - Healthcare / hospital experience is a definite plus. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Must be computer literate. - Excellent command of the English & Arabic is a must. - Must be service-oriented and result-oriented. - Should be a team-player with an aptitude for customer service. - Highly decisive and assertive. - Tactful and discrete when dealing with clients and must be able to handle confidential information and eliminate stress reasons for the callers by offering the best customer services and exceeding clients’ expectations. - Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in difficult situations. - Other duties as may be assigned.
