One of the leading Financial Institution in the UAE is looking to hire a Customer Care Specialist:

Job Responsibilities:

1) Serve customers through inbound and outbound channels while maintaining and exceeding the set level of quality standards

2) Activation and blocking of cards, customer verification, PIN generation, Lead Generation and assisting customers with account balance inquiries, maintenance, and problem resolution.

3) To keep abreast knowledge of the products and services along with Identifying sales and referral opportunities and striving to meet related goals.

4) Identify, handle and solve customer inquiries and issues including issues raised by irate customers

5) Provide accurate and prompt information to customers while following the customer Service Call Quality guidelines.

6) End to end follow up with colleagues and other departments, update customers on the progress of their requests and issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and cases are met and closed.

7) Do the best effort to retain customers who requested to cancel the products in professional and polite manner.
