• Attend customers for making remittance, currency exchange, demand drafts/telex transfer and electronics transfer etc.
• Attend customer complaints, transaction enquiries and rate enquiries.
• Provide information to customers about different modes of transactions, rates for different transactions and prices.
• Provide information on new or additional services; identify the opportunity for cross selling.
• Provide currency exchange and remittance delivery information.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Prepare end of day the report and cash reconciliation.
• Perform role of lobby assistant in branch.
• Perform role of marketing and sales executive during off-peak business hours.
• Support for branch business development.
• Make sure that all the required tools are available in the branch and coordinate with the Branch Manager for the same (example flyers, posters and forms etc.)
• Perform other duties as per the requirement or instructions from the management

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
