Job Description

Role Purpose:

To optimize revenue generation by sales in the country through focused approach, relationship management.

• Ensure achievement of revenue and sales target for UAE
• Enhance and develop partnership and business relations with potential and existing customers
• Design & formulate proposals, presentations and sales pitch to present to client’s
• Calling and meeting customers/ corporates
• Conduct Pre scoping, Scoping, Research activities to validate prospective clients/ Customers
• Act as the point of contact for external customers and communicate customer requirements and specifications to Internal stakeholders, VAS operations teams etc.
• Liaise with the operations teams and ensure successful roll outs as per customer / client specifications/ requirements
• Monitor sales deliverables to ensure compliance to defined quality standards
• Liaise with the Legal team for drafting legal agreements and obtain necessary approvals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/ customers to ensure customer satisfactions and thereby enhance profitability
• Ensure maintenance of Client Relationship, retention and Customer Satisfaction
• Monthly business reviews with existing customers against proposed business
• Ensuring timely submission of invoices and payments / availability of float

• Identifying New Opportunities
• Control, Monitor & Audit of Deliverables
• Maintain and ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements(SLAs) agreements

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:
• A graduate in any field with 10-12 years’ experience in core sales
