• Supports setting of HR Functions yearly plan and programs
• Supervises and administrates HR Supporting & Services Functions plan and programs
• Administrates and liaison the delivery of employees electronic requests and applications relevant to benefits and entitlements with function administrator “example: leaves, annual tickets, education allowance … Etc.”
• Supervise and administrates manpower plan
• Supervise and administrates employees inquires, requests, calls, and clarification
• Ensures the fulfilment of payroll process and transaction requirements “example: earning, deduction, overtime, WPS … Etc.”
• Supervise and administrates the payments process and transactions relevant to HR operations as well as administration “ Example: visa, per diem, transport,
• Supervise and administrates the employees issues and discipline
• Supervises the maintaining of employees files and records electronically and through normal filing system
• Provides the consultancy services to user department and employees for subjects related to HR
• Supervises and administrates the business missions and travels of senior management and staff
• Supervises and administrates offices requirements and allocation of staff
• Initiates and conduct efficient communication methodology with the employees in the work ield and location to receive and discuss their interests and issues
• Supports the initiative and setting of recreation programs for the employees and workers and coordinate the execution process
• Supports the setting/planning of work environment enhancement and execute the implementation program
• Preliminary reviews of employee’s grievance and act accordingly to finalize it within the scope of authority
• Provides awareness sessions to the employees relevant to Company’s rules, policies, and regulations along with UAE laws, and country cultures
• Enhances the team work concept between the employees/workers for better service/product delivery and increase the cooperation and support mechanism
• Generates various reports to the Line Manager relevant to employees status and issues
• Ensures continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization.
• Facilitates communication among employees and management. May guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
• Assists with planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of labour relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, diversity and compensation programs.
