Areas of Responsibility:
Provide inputs for formulating HR policies, procedures (Policies and procedures) and update/ maintain the policies and procedures as required.
Contribute effectively in the entire recruitment cycle by efficiently developing internal database, preparing initial short list, validating candidates, facilitating interviews, feedback, liaise with line managers, offer, appointment etc.
Coordinate, negotiate and liaise with sourcing companies e.g. newspaper agencies, employment consultancies, web portals etc on service fee, advertisements, interview schedules etc.
Facilitate new employees with initial joining formalities and conduct orientation, induction program for them.
Ensure effective data management process is in place, regularly update HRMS with latest data e.g. leave balance, authority matrix etc.
Ensure compliance by all employees to HR policies/ JAFZA rules/ labor laws of the country as applicable, guide employees accordingly.
Create, review, update and maintain induction manual.
Facilitate in creating job descriptions for all positions within the organization and maintain it regularly.
Source relevant training programs, faculties, reference materials etc. and arrange/organize training as per training calendar.
Assimilate training feedback to measure effectiveness of training provided to the participants.
Study organizational development need in regards to
people, process and to recommend changes as per need.
Organize recreational activities to enhance motivated and productive working environment.
Ensure compliance by all to policies and labor laws.
Coordinate, implement, conduct internal/external audit successfully and assist Management Representative throughout the process.
Facilitate conducting of engagement survey, prepare evaluate summary and recommend improvements.
Ensure maintenance and renovation of office facility, as required.
Provide training to support staff, as and when needed.
Provide support in design and implementation of cultural & engagement interventions.
