Payroll :
• Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required
• Track and resolves payroll errors.
• Complete payroll adjustment and corrections as necessary
• Prepare and maintain all related payroll related records and reports
• Ensure that payroll functions are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures

Benefits Administration :
• Assists and answers questions and inquires in person and over the phone or through email
• Explain employment benefits and general terms and conditions of employment to employees and departments representative
• Process employee enrollment
• Conduct initial new employee orientation (management) .

Administration :
• Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources
• Ensures that human resources files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures
• Compose and distribute routine written correspondence from HR
• Maintain administrative forms and manuals
• Ensure full adherence to IMS procedures
• Prepare all type of certificates internal and external

Supervision:
• Admin team responsibility is for
- Document control
- All type of settlements (leave or final)
- Leave accruals
- Timekeeping

Additional Responsibilities :
• Allocations reports
• Invoices such as insurance and camps
• Reports as required by management • Leadership skills
• Knowledge in HRMS system.
• High level of communication skills both in writing and verbally
• Well versed knowledge of computer skills related to HR
• Exercise good judgment
• Maintain the confidently of all records and information’s
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations
• Presentation
• Good knowledge of labor and immigration laws and regulations
• Builds appropriate professional, friendly, accessible, and effective working relations with team members and those contacted in the course of work.
