We are hiring for a Leading Freight Forwarding and Land Freight Services company for Manager- Land Transport.


To plan and execute operations activities in an effective and efficient manner so as to achieve objectives.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Responsible and accountable for planning and executing projects based on the customers’ requirements
• Responsible and accountable for developing and implementing SOPS, workflows to facilitate structured support in all areas and issues
• Responsible and accountable for overseeing compliance, improvement of company policies, procedures, systems and various standards to make the Operations profitable
• Responsible and accountable for implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level
• Responsible and accountable for preparing the department budget. Ensures expenses are within the budget by providing cost-effective controls on expenditure
• Responsible and accountable for periodically reviewing the performance of the team and ensuring they meet the objectives
• Responsible and accountable for identifying the training needs of subordinates, providing the requisite training internally or where possible externally
• Responsible for presenting periodic MIS reports of the department operations to the management
• Responsible for upholding the Vision, Mission and values of the organization

•Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
•Thorough knowledge of process and procedures involved in operations activities
•Very strong analytical skills
•Strong communications skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills

Education Master in Business Administration

Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience
