We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.

Job Description
Exceptional effective skills of Office Management, Secretarial techniques and administrative support
Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with peers
Strong personality balancing between sociability and aggressive approach.
Fluency in Arabic/English.
Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Minimum 8 years of experience in the similar role.
Salary negotiable.
