The Store Operations manager will be responsible for leading all team members in the efficient and profitable operation of a new European Franchise Food/ Cafe Stores.
- He/she will be responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment, which provides consistent fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for both our customers and team members.
- Must be able to develop the business and brand.
- The store manager creates the tone and personality of the store by being an advocate of training, customer service, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to our Guiding Principles/ International standards.
- The Manager should be willing and capable of managing big team.
- Must be cost driven manager.
- Must execute the company SOP .
- Must execute the concept development strategy and P&L accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Requirements:-

- Previous experience in Hotels,coffee shops or Restaurants
is a MUST.
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar in position.
- Strong communication, organizational, operational and people management
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong Customer Service Orientation
- Highly presentable
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably Hotel Management.
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Must be ready to join immediately
