• Coordinate and follow up with ADMIN department for monthly visa renewals of employees/directors and ensure that all the visa & labour card renewals are completed within the specified time frame.
• Coordinate and initiate new employment visa applications as per info received from HR and ensure that new residence visa formalities/Status change is completed within the time frame as per the UAE immigration.
• Maintain and update records of New and Renewal of visa/labour cards/Emirates ID of all the employees, Directors & their family members
• Maintain and update the records of employee’s photographs, valid passport copies, residence visa copies, labour card and one copy of original labour contract.
• Safe keeping the original labour computer card and immigration registration cards of companies (registered in emirates other than Dubai) as well maintain the list and coordinate for timely renewal.
• Coordinate and initiate visa cancellation process of employee as advised by the HR department.
• Complete and submit the online immigration transactions related to new and renewal of residence visas.
• Coordinate and type invoices in Arabic and online submission for PRD, Logistics and any other department as required from time to time.
• Preparing various letters in English/Arabic towards submission to different government offices like Municipality, RTA, Police, and Civil Defense etc.
• Timely translation of documents from English to Arabic and vice versa as per the request received from different departments.
• Attend calls/visitors (if required) to communicate in Arabic.
• Provide secretarial assistance to the Head –PR as per his guidelines as well as coordinate with HR for getting the cash expense vouchers approved and entered in the register.
• Coordinate and forward the documents for signature from local sponsors as per the set guidelines.
• Maintain valid copy of trade licenses of all the companies of the group and coordinate with ADMIN department every month for timely renewal of the same.
• Maintain, update and safe keep all the company rubber stamps and use the same as and when required as per the company policy.
• Assist employees in their queries related to local rules & regulations.
• Assist and handle any other PR related activities as and when instructed by the HOD.

• Any Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good English and Arabic Communication Skills
• Good Computer Skills (Words, Excel, PPT)
• Should be good in English to Arabic translation and vise versa
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
