Duties :

• Compiling of all project documents.
• Creating, issuing and maintaining all project correspondences and transmittals.
• Maintaining and updating offshore / onshore medical and safety training records.
• Co-ordination with HR dept for renewal of offshore / onshore medical and safety training certificates.
• Co-ordinate with client for manpower mobilization.
• Co-ordinate with client for manpower time sheet.
• Preparation of manpower summary sheet for invoice.
• Prepare and update project list/man hour details, weekly & monthly basis in consultation with project team.
Good experience in Document Controlling.
