Job Description

Position: QHSEMS Lead auditor/Trainer: (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

General Principles:
Conducting audit and training related to management system focused on quality, environment, Occupational health & safety,
Managing Client relationship.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES

General Principles:
Conduct audits (desk-based or on client’s sites) in accordance with management systems standards (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001)
Maintain a high standard of service delivery that ensures effective customer relationships and ongoing business development
Completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfil customer expectations
Provide accurate and timely reporting to assist the planning and management of operations
Update the Manager(s) about the day to day activities at periodic intervals.
Take decision to recommend the organization for certification (in case of a Team leader, during the Certification / renewal / Conversion Audits) OR Continue the registration (incase of Surveillance Audits).


PROFILE

General Principles:
Technical qualification: (Any one of the below)

Degree in Engineering (Preferably Electrical engineering)
Other relevant professional qualification direct related with Quality, environment, health & safety


Auditor/Trainer qualification

Qualified Lead Auditor/Trainer for Quality, Environment, Occupational health & safety management system.
Other relevant professional qualification in terms of auditor qualification
Knowledge on local legal requriements
Have gained working experience in industrial process at operational and managerial position.
Have gained experience in conducting training related to management system to people at all levels
Experience of auditing across a range of Industry sectors.
