candidate with pleasing personality with excellent communication skills in English. should have expertise in ticket booking and travel management.

• Greeting and assisting visitors/guests, register and assign rooms for them accordingly and offer refreshment.
• Coordinate in-house meeting requirements. (meeting room, refreshment for guest, attendees, materials needed, guided tour) Maintaining the room booking system and log book .
• Attending (multiple) Incoming & Outgoing calls in a timely manner and direct the calls to the concerned person/extension with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for them.
• Forward/relay messages incase staff is not available to answer calls.
• Differentiate the incoming calls and walk-ins. Handle them appropriately, coordinating with the right staff to accommodate them.
• Travel desk Management. Coordination with Travel agent and assisting ticket booking for employees and management.
• Sort out incoming mails and distribute to the concerned department / staff. Receive and sign invoices and forwarding to the right person in-charge
