DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Monthly Sales Planning
o Review stock availability
o Set sales targets (brand-wise, customer-wise)
 Active Stocks
 Clearance Stocks
 Monthly Collection Planning
 Sales Execution
o Consistent monitoring and corrective actions
o Follow up receivables & achieve collection targets
 Identify new sales channels (new sales calls versus accounts opened)
 Profile retail customers and maximize shelf space
 Monitor market, competitors pricing. To identify opportunities (gaps) in the market
 Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure prompt and timely delivery/ return services.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2 - 5 years of experience in sales in Bahrain within Trading/ Distribution domain. Should have handled retail accounts in Bahrain.

• Experience in toys/ fashion products is desirable but not a must. Even candidates from FMCG segment can be considered.
