KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Identify duplications and redundancies in a workflow and formulate recommendations to remedy the situation.
2. Perform audits of organization charts as required to ensure that they are up-to-date and in-line with industry and international best practices.
3. Offers suggestions to improve the efficiency of complex processes in order to save time or money or increase safety, quality, efficiency, or output.
4. Analyse data on manpower requirements and workforce demographics in order to highlight trends and patterns.
5. Assess departmental manning levels and makes recommendations on required headcount to ensure continuous smooth operations.
6. Leads and plans the development of job descriptions for all departments to ensure that jobs are clearly and accurately defined
7. Develop job descriptions and policies.
8. Ensure that evaluated jobs are correctly mapped on the grade structure and that they receive the appropriate salary and benefits package in order to ensure attraction and retention of talent
9. Ensure that all data related to organisation charts, manpower planning, job descriptions and evaluations are uploaded correctly and continuously updated in HR database so that it can be retrieved by other functions for use in their processes
10. Review company compensation and benefits and benchmark against industry leads
11. Ensure the business processes and work activities, relevant to position, are executed in compliance with policy, procedures and best practice to achieve the business objectives in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner
12. Lead, motivate, develop and assess the assigned team to achieve business objectives and grow capability
