Provides strategic direction and focus for the acquisition and retention of key talent to Arabiawork portal to meet its Arabiwork business objectives through the development and execution of employers staffing strategies for both short and long term needs.
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for full cycle recruiting and employment branding, Recruitment, Selection, Compensation Analysis, Customer Service
Responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services
Determine current staffing needs and procedure forecasts
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Plant and conduct recruitment and selection processes (posting, searching, interviews, screening calls, etc)
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Guide hiring managers and candidate through the selection process
Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
Create reports and identify areas of improvement
Responsible for Performance Management Tool at the plant
Crate and update of Job Descriptions
Prepares salary offer letters
Participates in Calibrarion Meetings
Update of Organizational Charts
BS/BA in Business Administration
Proven experience as Hiring Specialist
5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment. Considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting, staffing and onboarding.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and various Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS applications.
Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Practive, self motivated, self directed, creative, assertive analysis
