• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills; able to work as a team and strong coaching and monitoring.
• Requires to work during day-off and beyond job description, if necessary.
• Manages to have high standard of guest relations role.
• Manages spa/salon facilities and health and safety.
• Performs decision making and planning skills.
• Handling/monitor stock control and informing the control department in advance for the products required for professional and retail use.
• Perform leadership abilities and briefing meetings.
• Handling cash sales if requires.
• Manages the staff under your jurisdiction and their work related issues.
• Executes staff’s performance evaluation.
• Coordinates with the Admin/HR and PRO Departments for the employees’ requirements.
• Motivates and assists the staff to achieve the targets.
• Prepare reports as Operations Manager required.
• Monitor maintenance problems by reviewing requests and discussed the same with Assistant Manager.
• Coordinates the staff’s recruitment with HR/Recruitment Department.
• Coordinates staff’s training with Training Department.
• Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of sales procedures and retails claim operation.
• Ensure to maintain good quality of customer standard and brand image.
• Supervise and motivate staff to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Implement and execute sales activities and training.
• Ensure and display stores in relation to company visual merchandising guideline.
• Handling staff’s coaching and counseling.
• Manages staff’s quality control, appraisal and evaluation skills.
• Coordinates with the Operations Manager to establish and implement policy, promotion strategies and marketing plan.
• Handling customers’ complaints and do the necessary action with Operations Manager’s knowledge, particularly those affecting the operation of the salon.
• Recognizes and celebrates staff’s accomplishments and exceptional performances.
• Ensures high quality of customer service and promote good public relation.
• Perform other tasks as required by the management.
• Conducts daily briefing with the team.
• Cascades information immediately to the team after meetings, etc.
