•Manage a cluster of few stores, the store managers and the overall stores performance
•Responsible to ensure Store Managers and the team keep the stores to the best standard and readily merchandised at all times
•Provide guidance on strict compliance on policies, store operations, stock management, and loss prevention
•Accountable for overall stores audit result and implement plan to improve performance
•Lead the team to deliver all customer service initiatives, and ensure customer feedback log is properly and timely managed
•Organize and plan the routine store visit and audit with clear objectives to achieve
•Strategize and communicate the sales and operational target and expectations
•Guide and coach the Store Leadership team to plan the execution of all trade activity target and expectation
•Review performance and productivity, as well as provide constructive feedback to Store Leadership team
•Ensure store leadership to deliver team’s engagement initiatives for continuous motivation and contribute to happiness in store for effective operations
•Implement the Business Plan activities via the change plan and sustain core work activity
•Plan and review checks and balances to maintain financial and security controls
•Celebrate success with the team and acknowledge individuals’ performance
•Plan to review teams’ progress against objectives, performance and development plans
•Budget and plan for store headcount and vacancy, conduct interview and provide interview feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

•Have at least 8 years of proven track record in retail store experience with minimum 2 years of area leadership experience
•Well-versed in English writing and communication, additional language will be an added advantage
•Hold a Bachelor Degree certificate in retail operation or any other discipline
•Are dedicated, strategic and forward looking individual, customer centric, and passionate
•Able to strategize and communicate plan, coach, develop team and manage performance
•Have the ability to understand and adapt to change management initiatives
•Will work in an agile, energetic and fast pace environment
