Job Description
; Ensures all enquiries raised through CAFM is responded within 2 hours.
; Ensures all customer requirements are met.
; Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
; Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate the needs or promote services.
; Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales.
; Answer all client enquiries and respond on time without delay.
; Ensure accuracy and completeness of job estimate and quotation.
; Maintain records of job estimates and quotations.
; Provide recommendations for the improvement of sales and activity performance.
; Should be very polite in his/her behavior and never get into arguments with customer/client.
; Ensure all jobs are updated in CAFM with correct SOR.
; Follow up on advance payment before sending for scheduling.
; Follow up on payment with team on Job Completion.
; Record, manage and communicate with day to day operations.
; Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
; Participate as a full member of wider team supporting colleagues and working flexibly to assist other members of the team.
; Ensure SLAs and KPIs are continually met.
; Effectively communicate with all levels of Staff.
; Comply with policies on Health & Safety, COSHH, PPE and other statutory legislation.
; Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
; Attend briefings and meeting whenever required.

; Excellent communicator both written and verbal communication with strong computer skills in MS Office.
