 Plans, itineraries, and arrange other travel services for customers. Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, accommodations required.

 Provides customer with brochures and publications containing travel information, such as points of interest, and special events occurring in various locations, or foreign country regulations
 Assemble issue & re-issue required documentation, such as tickets, travel insurance policies, and itineraries.
- Compile data or documentation
- Make travel, accommodations, or entertainment arrangements for others.
 Ensures that all contacts with clients (e-mail, walk-In center, SMS or phone) provides the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level

 Through interaction with clients on the phone, uses every opportunity to build client’s interest in the company’s products and services

 Consistently stays abreast of any new information on the company’s products, promotional campaigns etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information is supplied to clients

 Inform clients of essential travel information, such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements.

 Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, accommodations, procedures, and policies.

 Plan routes, itineraries- Calculate costs of goods or services.

 Provide customers with travel suggestions and information sources, such as guides, directories, brochures, and maps.

 Probing the customers for our other Travel services as well. Advising them for the best deal in line with our mark-up and profitability, ensuring maximum sales

 Schedule and re-confirm Travel Logistics, using telephones, Whatsapp, faxes, mail, and Social Media tools.

 Contact customers or suppliers to advise them of travel conveyance changes or to confirm reservations.
- Provide notifications to customers or patrons.
 Promote particular destinations, tour packages, and other travel services.
- Promote products, services, or programs.
- Send promotional SMS and Emails to clients on regular basis
- Keep in touch with Clients on regular basis
 Confer with customers to determine their service requirements and travel preferences.
- Discuss goods or services information with customers or patrons.
- Maintaining complete records of the client’s details and updating the same on regular basis. Eg : Passport copy, Mobile Number, Civil Number, Email ID, ID proof, last travel date, etc
 Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize travels and tours events
