Sales Supervisor- Vansales
A highly reputed FMCG Distribution Company in UAE is offering a phenomenal career opportunity for ambitious, growth- oriented Individuals for the key role of Vansales Supervisor for UAE. He should manage the team & ensure budgeted numbers are exceeded for Sales Value, GP & market coverage (productivity) through effective coaching and control.
Job Description
1. Develop the overall business plan for Cash Van Unit with clear business strategies to achieve the business objectives.

2. Monitor the cash Van salesmen’s activities on a daily basis in terms of daily sales Targets, Brand target and Cash van loading.

3. Lead and manage a team of cash van salesmen’s with a clear objective and train them in the market by working with the salesman in the Van.

4. Daily Monitor the Cash Van Invoices (Credit and Cash) through the HH and collection Payments of Cash & Credit Invoices.

5. Visit all customers of QNIE & ensure all customers are visited by working with the cash van salesmen’s and identify opportunity to develop growth in the outlets and implement the same.

6. Conduct Sales meeting with the Salesmen’s on daily basis to review daily sales performance of the salesmen’s in terms of target and achievement of set Targets for the Month.

7. Follow up on stocks to make sure that we are not out of stock for loading the stock in the Vans.

8. Evaluate the performance of the store that are serviced and the Salesman and do necessary changes to optimize the performance of the store and the Salesmen’s.

9. Follow up on collection of Credit Customers in order to make sure that we are in line with the Credit Terms set by the Company.

10. Preparation of Daily and monthly target for the Salesmen’s in terms of Value and Brand, and training the Newly Joined Staff.

11. Evaluate and recommend to the IT Department the Modifications required on the HH for better working and the use of the HH.

12. Inform the DM on Market Activates and competition prices on Daily Basis.

13. Send the monthly incentive calculation to the Divisional Manager on the basis of the achievement of the cash van sales team on pre-set targets

14. Set the right distribution, visibility, coverage and productivity target for the team and track it on a daily basis to achieve it

15. Update the van fact book regularly and ensure that the sales team submits daily sales report. Verify the daily sales report and ensure that the information furnished is correct

16. Submit Supervisors route activity report daily to the immediate manager on a daily basis

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education - Graduate or any other equivalent professional qualification.
• Additional Requirement - Good communication; Pleasing Personality; Ability to deal at all levels from Unit Head.
• Ability to motivate and work with the Salesmen’s and Customer Oriented
• Ability to work well under pressure with limited supervision in a fast paced team environment
• Problem Solving Skills, Supervisory & Management Skills.
• Should have Valid UAE/ GCC driving Licence.
• Other benefits - Good salary, commission and other standard benefits.
• Age between 28-35 Years.
