A joint venture of Japanese prominent company, and of a holding company of Saudi Arabia. This group of independent operations manufactures products in steel, iron, and plastic for industry around the world.
Controls all aspects of the manufacturing process; Starting with raw materials, melting and casting metal, machining, welding, inspection and preparation for shipment - all done under one roof.
Produces tubes using centrifugal casting process.
• This position is responsible for overview; sustain strategic edge by identifying and monitoring synergies that might exist to ensure effective utilization of Business Management and maximizing the ROI for the shareholders interest and direction objectives.
• In addition, the job holder will lead the company investment through the level of governance into the success investment and sustainability of the business strategy.
• This position delegated from the board of director to manage the organization to ensure the accountability of results to meet or exceed Business Plan Objectives.
• Management policies development and executions
• Develop Medium-and-long term management plan and execution
• Develop year management plan and ensure of execution
• A report and the approval acquisition to the control society of the matter listed in articles of association, a joint management contract
• Approve all payment including (1) Purchase Order, (2) Each Department's budget plan
• Accomplishment of company representative duties
• Approval of the HR plan
• Approval of the recruitment
• Ensure each department follow and instructions, based on each individual function
• Develop and implement strategic plans focused on long-term growth and profitability of the company by leading and directing business management to ensure the set objectives, and business standard been achieved.
• Develop and maintain communication links with company's affiliates to ensure alignment of corporate strategies and the business goals.
• Protect the shareholder interests by overview and integrated input to the business strategic objectives in term of:
• Approve and forcing the implementation of the Corporate Governance compliance policy for related business and company's competitiveness level;
• Manages stressful situations in the workplace with tact and diplomacy; and exhibits patience and tact. Encourages team to share ideas and concerns - makes tactical decisions
• Help determine development and acceptance of a strategic plan, business objectives and measures to meet the agreed ROI
• Adapts to changes within the Company by responding quickly and positively to questions and concerns from employees - Balances the responsibilities of individuals with the goals of the Company Overview the business best practices internally and externally.
• Sets a positive example supporting tactful, professional work relationships and treating others with respect.
• Provides timely feedback to Presidents and to Senior Management.
• Ensure that the financial side of the business is sound and profitable
• Support overall business executives and strategic objectives of the company by:
• Analyse and see the dynamics of change in the macro environment of the industry and act pro-actively towards changes that need to be made.
• Develops, designs and implements cost-saving measures for the Company which will have a positive effect on company's business units, by streamlining processes and contributing greater profitability and efficient use of staff.
• Analyze organizational structure and job roles to ensure a clear relationship to the achievement of business plans and goals.
• Monitor the business progress during the weekly meeting with management to ensure given targets and objectives are met.
• Monitor the business progress of company's profitability plan to meet the interest of the shareholders.
• Candidates must have worked in the field of Ethylene cracking coils (Cast) for the Petrochemical market and Reformer tubes (Cast) for the Petrochemical market using Centrifugal Casting Process
• Knowledge of Business Solutions line of business Plans, setting operational strategies, deal structuring and execution;
• Ability to design and monitor the focused solutions business organisation and establish business management processes;
• Knowledge and understanding of Centres of Competence and able to consolidate and implement these for optimum resource management;
• Ability to provide overall management of resource utilisation and performance and cascade performance measures downwards for all focused solutions business staff;
• The ability to holistically package and integrate solutions to best meet shareholder and client needs;
• In-depth Knowledge of plant capabilities and products;
• Fully understanding of safety and health, and environmental control.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's degree is preferred
15 or more years of experience in executive management roles in related industries; experience in integrating and coordinating several major operating or strategic functions.
