Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to prescribed dosages and protocols, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Assess patients' conditions, document observations, and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the medical team, facilitating timely interventions.
  • Provide compassionate and holistic patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, health promotion, and preventative care strategies, empowering informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, optimizing patient outcomes.
  • Monitor vital signs, interpret results, and respond appropriately to deviations, contributing to early detection and management of complications.
  • Assist with medical procedures and examinations, preparing equipment and providing support to physicians, streamlining clinical workflows.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols, minimizing the risk of healthcare-associated infections.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest advancements in nursing practice.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital setting.

  • Proven experience in providing direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and wound care.

  • DOH license is Must

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and their families.

  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and data management.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
