Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to prescribed dosages and protocols, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Assess patients' conditions, document observations, and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the medical team, facilitating timely interventions.
- Provide compassionate and holistic patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs, fostering a supportive environment.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, health promotion, and preventative care strategies, empowering informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, optimizing patient outcomes.
- Monitor vital signs, interpret results, and respond appropriately to deviations, contributing to early detection and management of complications.
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations, preparing equipment and providing support to physicians, streamlining clinical workflows.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols, minimizing the risk of healthcare-associated infections.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest advancements in nursing practice.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital setting.
Proven experience in providing direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
DOH license is Must
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and their families.
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and data management.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
