Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced geotechnical analyses, including slope stability, foundation design, retaining structures, settlement, and ground improvement methods.
  • Develop detailed geotechnical design reports, technical proposals, and construction specifications with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for geotechnical challenges such as soil variability, and groundwater conditions.
  • Manage geotechnical aspects of large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with international codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews, and technical presentations
  • Ensure quality assurance in deliverables through rigorous checks, reviews, and adherence to best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Geotechnical Design Department team. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership on geotechnical investigations, design, and analysis for complex geotechnical projects. This role requires a commitment to excellence, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to guide junior engineers while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.


  • Chartered or working toward chartership (CEng/PE).
  • Experience with large-scale Geotechnical projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges. Proficiency with geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS 3D, Plaxis 2D, WALLAP, Geologismiki, Settle3D.
  • Strong technical expertise in soil mechanics, foundation engineering, and ground improvement techniques.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex geotechnical solutions across infrastructure, buildings, and heavy civil works.
