Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute maintenance activities on ADNOC assets, ensuring adherence to established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics of equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with a team to complete assigned tasks, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, prioritizing the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, ensuring their proper function and safe usage.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying current with industry best practices.
  • Report any hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly to the appropriate personnel, contributing to a culture of safety.
  • Support the overall operational efficiency of ADNOC facilities, contributing to the achievement of production targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. A technical diploma or certification in a relevant field is preferred.
  • ADNOC-approved certification is mandatory, demonstrating competency in the specific job role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably within ADNOC or a related environment.
  • Proven experience in performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of oil and gas equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow established procedures, with a strong focus on safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
