- Listing presentations to owners/landlords
- Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) & pricing strategy
- Property inspections & data accuracy
- OWN VISA only

Desired Candidate Profile
- Source and secure strong>property listings/strong> (residential / commercial) from owners and landlords/li>
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and developers/li>
- Conduct property inspections and collect accurate listing details/li>
- Create and manage property listings on portals such as strong>Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle/strong>, etc./li>
- Coordinate professional photos, videos, and property descriptions/li>
- Negotiate listing agreements and terms with property owners/li>
- Update listing prices, availability, and property status regularly/li>
- Work closely with sales and leasing teams to close deals/li>
