Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and process import & export documents (Mirsal II, DO, COO, Invoice, Packing List, etc.) Communicate with shipping lines for quotations, DO, and container updates Handle coordination with transporters, warehouse team, and clients Track shipments and update customers Review freight rates and maintain records Support daily logistics & operations tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years experience in UAE logistics industry Strong knowledge of: Import documentation Export documentation Shipping line procedures Dubai Trade / Mirsal II JAFZA processes Excellent communication in English Only Female candidates from the Philippines will be considered Must be currently in UAE
