职位职责：
制定并执行全面的市场推广策略，提升公司品牌知名度和市场份额。
负责线上及线下推广活动的策划、执行与效果评估，包括但不限于数字营销、社交媒体运营、行业展会、客户活动等。
深入研究迪拜房地产市场趋势、竞争对手动态及客户需求，为公司提供市场洞察和策略建议。
与销售团队紧密合作，支持销售活动，提供市场推广物料和支持。
建立和维护媒体关系，提升公司在行业内的声誉。

出色的沟通、协调和人际交往能力，能够有效与内外部团队协作。
具备优秀的文案撰写、内容创作和品牌建设能力。
熟悉数字营销工具和社交媒体平台运营。
具备团队管理经验者优先。
