Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting/design software.
  • Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, finishes, and production processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and translate them into joinery shop drawings.
  • Ability to work independently and report issues or concerns on time to get the job done.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing precise, high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to client-specific needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Prior experience in the interior fit-out or joinery industry is preferred.
