Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate CNC woodworking machines (e.g., Homag, Biesse, SCM, or similar) to produce joinery components as per AutoCAD and shop drawings. • Prepare machine setups, load materials, and create CNC programs. • Review and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and design specifications before operation. • Perform routine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. • Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain product quality and accuracy. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with company safety policies. • Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize cutting layouts and reduce material waste.

To operate and maintain CNC machinery and other hi-tech woodworking machines for the precise cutting, shaping, and drilling of joinery components in accordance with technical drawings and production schedules
