Job description:

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the carpentry/joinery field.
• Proven supervisory experience in fit-out / workshop operations.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry production, materials, and finishing.
• Ability to manage manpower, schedule production, and ensure quality standards.
• Candidates with experience only in the same field (carpentry & fit-out workshop) will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily carpentry/joinery workshop operations.
• Allocate manpower and monitor workflow to meet project deadlines.
• Review technical drawings and ensure precise execution.
• Maintain high-quality production and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams for smooth operations.
