Job Description :
Oversee daily joinery operations, ensuring projects align with design specifications and client expectations.
Coordinate and manage a team of joiners, providing guidance and support to optimize productivity and craftsmanship.
Conduct regular quality checks on materials and finished products to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Develop and implement efficient work schedules, allocating resources to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to discuss project specifications, timelines, and any necessary adjustments.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment for all team members.
Maintain accurate records of production processes, inventory levels, and project progress for reporting and analysis.
