Joinery (Fit-out) Site Engineer CONDOR BUILDING CONTRACTING LLC

• Having experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or luxury residential/commercial

renovations.

• Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of wooden structure

installations, furniture, and finishing works on construction or interior fit-out sites.

• Technically sound in reading relevant design drawings.

• Able to raise queries pertain to Joinery / Fit-out works.

• Act as the technical coordinator between contractor, MEP team, and the

design/workshop team and the installation team to ensure correct installation done and

prevent clashes.

• Able to monitor projects are completed as per schedule, within budget and to the

requires safety standards.

• Should ensure high-end fit-out work is executed according to shop drawings.

• Undertake Quality inspections on joinery materials, Hardware and finishes delivered to

the site against approved samples, specifications.

• Prepare snag lists, and ensure high-end de-snagging done to client satisfaction.
