Required Jr.Accounts Assistant Specialist for Sharjah Operation
Job Description:
• * Preparing customers billings
• * Tracking project funding and reporting to Contracts Manager
• * Reconciling and balancing general ledger accounts
• * Maintaining a major accounts payable task
• * Fact-check invoices for payment and processing
• * Assist in maintaining sales ledger and general ledger
• * Prepare, fulfill, and distribute employee checks
• * Coordinating with Operations team for project supporting documentation
• * Gathering the documentation required in the invoice package
Job Responsibilities :
• * Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• * Pays strict attention to detail
• * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• * Possess strong time-management, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required.
• * Experience with software such as Deltek, Costpoint, Cognos reporting preferred.
• * Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite
