Education: BS in Computer Science or MIS
Experience: fresh to 1 year experience
- Provide responsive and timely phone and/or face to face assistance to employees in resolving a range of hardware, software or network related problems.
- Analyse user needs.
- Liaise with specialists and external service providers as required to resolve more complex issues and to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
- Ensure data security, compliance to company policies, and archiving/backup integrity
- Ensure office IT assets management
- Installing and removing software on computers and detecting any bug issues.
