Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, receipts)
Maintain and update accounting journals and ledgers
Assist in preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements)
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Help prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation
Monitor financial discrepancies and report inconsistencies
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Strong communication and teamwork skills
