Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and reconciliations.
Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, and receipts.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and basic accounting standards.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of prior accounting experience in the UAE (preferred)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., zoho books)
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Saturday 8am to 3pm
