Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping duties.
  • Preparing and reconciling ledgers.
  • Preparing, verifying and managing accounts payable
  • Preparing monthly adjusting entries.
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
  • Ensuring related party ledgers are always updated.
  • Tax advisory, Computation of taxes, tax compliance and filing of tax returns ((knowledge or exp in UAE VAT or Tax Laws)
  • Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.

Functional Competencies:

  • Accounting principles
  • UAE financial regulations, and compliance.
  • Cash flow, working capital, and investment evaluation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts or similar role.
  • Bachelor s degree in accounting or similar.
  • Robust interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and match the deadlines assigned.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
  • Working experience on ERP accounting software.
  • Language skills: Fluent English.

Non-Negotiable Skills / Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor s in accounting/finance.
  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
