Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and payment requests accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies, contributing to the accuracy of financial records.
  • Manage petty cash transactions, including recording and reconciliation, to ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing journal entries and assisting with financial reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in accounting principles.

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification or certification, such as a Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar, demonstrating a commitment to the profession.

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, showcasing practical application of accounting knowledge.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using accounting software Tally Prime 6.2 and Microsoft Office Suite, optimizing efficiency.
