Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural designs and documentation under the supervision of senior architects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and local regulations.
  • Conduct site analysis and research on zoning laws, building codes, and environmental impact to inform design decisions and project feasibility.
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to visualize design concepts and facilitate client presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate structural and systems considerations into architectural plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is essential, with a solid foundation in design principles and architectural history.
  • Preferred candidates will have 0-2 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating a passion for architecture through internships or academic projects.
