GfK is looking for an intelligent and smart Junior Coding Executive with good internet-research skills, who can join us immediately.
First preference would be to UAE based candidates.
The role is responsible for product and feature coding of data across a variety of product sectors, ensures follow-up and feedback with global Coding Hubs and field/retail teams to find missing features and values to complete PCO coding. The role involves day-to-day responsibility for a defined list of product groups, translating retailer to GfK items, quality checking and releasing international coded items, query management, Partial Coding Object (PCO) management and general changes to existing items
Key Responsibilities:
• Creates new articles and matches items.
• Meets or exceeds Level 1 benchmarks on efficiency for number of coded record per hour.
• Ensures that all products are accurately and fully coded in line with the international coding guides.
• Matches products accurately and ensures all non-tracked items are correctly assigned according to coding guides.
• Manages weekly outstanding PCO's.
• Follows the task distribution and the respective deadlines.
• Contributes to and maintains effective filing on the central GfK drives.

Desired Candidate Profile

What are we looking for:
• Typically 1 year of experience in Market Research industry
• Knowledge in project management, data management and/or statistics preferred
• Internet-research skills
• Advance knowledge in MS Office
• Expert in English language, both written and verbal communication
• Arabic speaking would be an added advantage
