1. Job Planning and Execution

•Review work permits, job safety analysis (JSA), and risk assessments before starting any task.

•Understand project requirements and ensure proper tools, equipment, and materials are available.

•Follow work schedules and deadlines to achieve project objectives.

2. Safety Compliance

•Adhere to industry-specific safety standards, such as OSHA or HSE regulations.

•Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

•Monitor the work site for potential hazards and take corrective actions.

•Conduct safety drills and toolbox talks with the team.

3. Team Supervision

•Direct and supervise the work of technicians, operators, and contractors.

•Provide clear instructions and ensure that tasks are executed correctly and efficiently.

4. Quality Assurance

•Ensure all activities meet the company’s quality standards and client specifications.

•Conduct inspections and tests during various project phases.

•Maintain documentation for quality control purposes.

5. Permit-to-Work (PTW) System

•Understand and implement the PTW process for high-risk activities, such as hotwork, confined space entry, and lifting operations.
