Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and drafting of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, utilizing CAD software.
- Perform calculations and analysis for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Support the preparation of technical specifications and bid documents for MEP projects.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess existing MEP infrastructure and identify potential issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Relevant certifications such as LEED AP or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in the MEP industry is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in MEP design or construction.
