Responsibilities

Work with Nuwwar team to design and create high-quality floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, including everyday orders and events.

Oversee the maintenance and care of floral equipment, tools, and workstations.

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.

Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, styles in floral design, seasonal availability, and sustainable practices.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Junior Florist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your floral design skills.

Good understanding of various floral design techniques, including bouquet arrangements, gift wrapping, centerpieces, and installations.

Excellent creativity and artistic ability, with an eye for color, texture, and composition.

A passion for flowers and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and innovations, with attention to detail.

Knowledge of flower care and handling techniques to ensure the longevity of floral arrangements.

Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.

Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and extended hours, especially during peak seasons. Arabic-speaking skills are preferred.
