Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in creating visual designs for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
• Support in the development and maintenance of brand consistency across all designs.
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques for feedback.
• Create and edit images, illustrations, and layouts for various projects.
• Ensure all your designs meet quality standards and adhere to guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of files for print production.
• Maintain project documentation and keep up with deadlines and timelines.
• Research current industry trends to deliver cutting-edge designs.
• Communicate effectively with team members to gather project requirements.
• Provide creative input and suggestions for improving design processes.
• Support marketing team with visual concepts and designs as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude and passion for design.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and implementing it into design work.
• Portfolio showcasing creative design skills and project experience.
