Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in designing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and email campaigns.
Help produce layouts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and packaging.
Support brand consistency across all design projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute design concepts.
Edit and update existing designs based on feedback.
Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
A creative mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
Portfolio showcasing your design work (academic, personal, or professional projects).
Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
Knowledge of social media content creation best practices.
Role Overview As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll assist in creating eye-catching visual assets for digital and print channels. You’ll work closely with senior designers, marketers, and content creators to bring ideas to life, while building your design skills in a supportive environment.
