As our Junior Graphic Designer, you will be a key player in shaping the visual identity of our company. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating Eye-Catching Visuals: Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets for a wide range of company materials, including company profiles, corporate presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Brand Alignment: Collaborate closely with the team to understand project goals and ensure all designs consistently adhere to the company s brand guidelines and core messaging.
• Simplifying Complexity: Transform complex data and ideas into easily digestible visuals by creating effective infographics, diagrams, charts, and other visual aids.
• Maintaining Consistency: Ensure visual harmony across all project deliverables, maintaining a cohesive look and feel for both digital and print applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and software updates to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of your work.
• Team Support: Act as a visual design resource, sharing your knowledge and actively supporting other team members in their design needs.
• Timely Delivery: Manage your workload effectively to meet all deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role.
• Education: A Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related field.
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Design Fundamentals: A solid, demonstrable understanding of core design principles, typography, color theory, and visual information hierarchy.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent ability to clearly articulate and defend design choices and work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
• Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio of your best work that showcases your design skills and relevant experience is mandatory.
• Must have a Valid and Transferable Iqama (if non-Saudi).
